Romford BID were delighted to be working together with Havering Council to deliver beautiful planters in South Street and Victoria Road.
As Government restrictions began to ease, and we saw more people coming into the town, we hoped these floral tributes would bring some colour and cheer to welcome people back.
These planters are maintained and water by WindowFlowers Limited and are seasonally planted twice a year.
