We are delighted to invite the community to a very special celebration marking five wonderful years of Diwali events and festivities in Romford.
This vibrant exhibition will reflect on the journey so far, showcasing memorable moments from the past five years through a colourful display of photography and video. It’s an opportunity to celebrate culture, community spirit and the people who have helped make Diwali in Romford such a success.
The event will feature:
- Diwali Event Photography Exhibition by Hannah Davies
- Meet the Team behind the Diwali celebrations
- The Diwali Experience – a special showcase video presentation by Barham Films
- A live dance performance by Veena Jain and her dance troupe
- Free drinks and nibbles
- Information on event sponsorship opportunities
- An official ribbon-cutting ceremony announcing the new ownership of the HASWA building
This event promises to be a wonderful afternoon of reflection, celebration and community connection. Whether you’ve attended past Diwali events or are discovering them for the first time, we would love for you to join us.
